The NES, or Famicon as it was called in Japan since 1983, saved the gameconsole market. Thanks to this little device and them selling games, companies dared to invest in new technology.
Until 1995 this NES was produced and until 2007 it had full support from Nintendo.
It’s still a success, because the Nintendo Classic Mini was a huge hit in 2017 !
