VEB Kombinat Mikroelektronik Erfurt was a key producer of active electronic components in the former East Germany. It should not be confused with the better-known VEB Kombinat Robotron in Dresden, which used integrated circuits from Kombinat Mikroelektronik in its computers.

Their products were often branded with the RFT trademark, although this label was commonly used on electronic devices from many unrelated East German companies.
