Vectrex

The Vectrex is the very first game console with a built-in CRT-screen and using vector graphics. It's release in Europe was just after the Videopac G7200 which has a built-in monitor as well, making the Vectrex the second. However, it still remained the first to have analog controllers. The entire game selection of 29 makes this not a successful machine. Despite this, it's now highly searched for by gamers and collectors.

The Vectrex got his name from the use of vector images. Normal computers and game consoles use raster images. Because of the use of vector images, the machine doesn't support color. Therefor, every game had its own overlay, so the screen would have a little color.
